Congratulations to Oliver and Owen Kaltunas (3rd graders) on their win at the VEX IQ State Tournament today. This advances them to compete in VEX Robotics World Championship, held in Dallas, on May 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.
This team has worked very hard throughout this season. Their Engineering Notebook is a testament to that. Owen and Oliver have designed their robot, built it, driven, programmed, tested, re-designed, tested and tested again. They diligently recorded this process in their Engineering Notebook, which is part of the Competition, along with team interviews between matches.
From attending their first tournament in November until now, their robot has gone through many changes and improvements. These young students are very focused and this success is a direct result of their drive and determination.
