Catholic is proud to offer a variety of opportunities for our student
athletes to compete on the court and on the field. In the fall,
volleyball and football are available at MCC. During the winter
months, boys and girls basketball is offered for the elementary grades
through the varsity level. Spring sports include baseball,
softball, golf, and track & field. In addition there are
co-op opportunities with other area schools for cross country, soccer,
swimming/diving, skiing, and hockey during their respective seasons.
athletes develop skills that will help them throughout their life.
Skills such as teamwork, cooperation, time management,
leadership, practice, patience, persistence, fitness, and confidence
are some of the many benefits reaped from participating in high school
sports. Athletes are also held accountable for higher academic
standards in order to compete. High school sports are an
essential tool to developing a well-rounded individual.
